Hi Lynn thanks for your question. It depends what you're wanting to use the Lavender oil for. Unlike most other essential oils Lavender can be used undiluted ONLY IF it's one or two drops you are using to soothe an insect bite or blemish (and never on broken skin). However, if you mean more for use as say a skincare product, then if you have an existing skincare cream you could add a few drops to the jar and mix well. Or for a home-made nourishing facial oil you could simply use a little sunflower, olive or coconut oil that you have in the kitchen, and mix with a few drops of lavender oil. If you had a small bottle you could mix them into even better. A conservative and skin-safe dilution would be 2 drops of Lavender essential oil per 10g of base oil. I didn’t find the essential oil pleasant, lacking in lavender scent.

Good value large bottle
An excellent all rounder that I use in my oil burner. The oil runs out of the bottle rather fast.

So thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. I will add a free Lavender oil to your next order with the correct size cap to make up for probably getting through this bottle a bit too quickly!
