I have found the same diffuser on another site for £19.99 so a little disappointed
Sorry to hear you were disappointed with the price Dawn. I checked our wholesalers and since we last ordered these diffusers the wholesale price has actually gone down (very rare!) so I have reduced the price accordingly to £34 and I will refund you the £5 difference.
I couldn’t find the diffuser on another website for £19.99 (it literally costs us more than this!), but I did find a website offering one for £25: without a plug (we add one of these so it’s ready to use), or essential oils (£10 worth of organic oils comes with ours) and they were charging at least £4 postage on top; ours comes with free shipping (it costs us £6.50 to post these diffusers).
Hope the partial refund goes some way to make up for the price difference you found elsewhere, with thanks & best wishes, Pascale
Love it
